Entrance brainstorm

For the energy company Eneco we (DPI Animation House) were asked to think of a concept for an interactive video wall. We suggested to do an extensive brainstorm session to see what could be done more than just making a large screen. This wall could positively add to the experience of the people passing by the main entrance every day.

This project is about how to elicit desires and needs of this target group through techniques that go further than just an interview. It is about bringing latent information to the surface. This research method makes the people think in a whole different way about the subject, and seduces people to connect solutions to subjects they haven’t thought of before.

Through this brainstorm session several design directions surfaced with which we could make some rough sketches.

I love these kind of projects because they are very surprising and is the best playground to think of new ideas that might just make a difference!
